Inspection of Flouts that replaced siphons requires extra attention because of so many variables. 

1. Follow checklists for new Flouts and any additional components and systems. That information applies here also.

2. Check connections between old and new piping. Is it water tight and rigid?

3. Are old unused pipe openings sealed?

4. Is the new system adequately fastened with corrosion proof hardware and/or stable ballast?
